There is nothing more scary than discovering you have a problem with the foundation on your house—especially on concrete foundation for a small addition done 20 years ago. Typically homeowners insurance does not cover this and they didn’t in our case. We had visions of $$$$ evaporating in the air. We contacted WestTech Foundation repair and got an estimate. They did the job in a single day. Obviously, they had to dig, and they did a perfect job of cleaning up. The rest of our house is pier and beam. The rest of the house could collapse in the future, but the addition will still be standing. These are very nice and professional people to work with.
